Slogan Needed For Friday Motivational Email

I am looking for a short catchy slogan for a FRiday motivational slogan that is send to clients who are on a weightloss programme, something to keep them going over the weekend when they are most likely to cheat. I currently send them a motivational message every Friday, but want something catchy, for e.g if it was sent on a monday I may use " motivational monday" however I need to send it on a Friday. any ideas?

    Forget "catchy". It needs to be relevant, not catchy. Do you know for certain that your messages are opened, read, and acted on?

    I get a 30% open rate and the clients do comment amout the message when I see them on a monday. It is normall a good paragraph on a inspirational story or motivational script more than just a quote, it's a small article to read really and then a success story link to click on to hear more about someone else who has lost weight with the same programme. at the moment the title/subject heading is simply "your motivational message".. just seems abit plain and thought something with the word Friday in would encourage them to look out for it every Friday..
