Need The Best To Sell Our 600 Rv Sites In Bc Can

We have a world class location and intend to start marketing 600 existing treed RV Sites on a 3 year lease with all natural wood 42 foot park model RV Trailers set up as an affordable "vacation home" alternative April 2013. We are located on a mile of white sand open pacific surfing beach in Tofino, B.C. Canada. We have 1.5 million visitors driving by our door from May to September each year. We need a professional team to market and sell 200 -600 units this year. Who can accomplish this? Proposals wanted.<br />Must have serious credentials, success and references.<br />Thank you. J.D.     Before you start hiring a sales team you need a marketing plan and budget. And the folks who are really good at developing sound marketing plans are probably not the same ones who would be best at front-line sales.

    My suggestion is to decouple Sales and Marketing (for now), and just focus on getting a solid marketing plan. It's too bad you didn't start this process 6 months ago when there would have been enough time to do a great job on this before launch date. Next best thing is to start now and recognize that you will probably not be able to do a serious launch until June or July 2013.

    As for who can develop a marketing plan, there are several experts on this forum who can do the job. I'd suggest looking through the profiles of the top experts to see if any of them look like they might be right for your needs.

    The names in the "Top 25 (Other)" section are all clickable. These take you to their profiles where you can contact them. This is not clear from the design, and for some reason the administrators don't allow the usual signatures that can be such fun.
