Very Basic Home Plans - Need A Descriptor Name

We have developed a very basic house plan: ~1000sq ft bungalow with full basement suite (separate entrance).

Intention is to have a BASIC home that meets needs - without frills and luxuries. It has a very comfortable and efficient floor plan: 3bdm main floor, one bedroom basement suite.

An affordable option to try and break into home-ownership. As well, mortgage approvals have just changed here (edmonton, ab) so as to consider the full revenue from the basement suite.

This home would be of reasonable cost to build as it literally a rectangle with a standard roof line. This will make building quick and efficient as well. This home will fit nicely on in-fill lots as well.

Right now we have tentatively dubbed this plan 'Bread and Butter' but are looking for other suggestions.
