Msc: Dissertation Topic: Mobile Marketing And Crm

Hello!

So I am trying to fine tune my MSC dissertation question and could do with a bit of expert input please!

I have been reading journals, periodicals and marketing week religiously and I know i wanted to focus on mobile marketing and CRM. Here is one question I vaguely came up with:

Is mobile marketing the key to customer retention in CRM in this volatile retail environment? In relation to Nike.

But then I read more and discovered the key was gaining consumer trust and privacy implications involved in mobile marketing, so would it be better to focus on that?

Basically I just need a bit of clarity please!! Any help, advice or input would be great!

    Possibly. But why do anything in relation to Nike? Why not other companies?

    What do you plan to do after you complete your degree requirements? It's often a good idea to select a dissertation topic you can showcase with a prospective employer to demonstrate that you know a lot about the issue(s) they're facing.
