Tag Line For A New Yarn Store

Posted by Anonymous on 200 Points
I'm opening a new Yarn shop in Southern California (south Orange County) and its name is Yarn del Sol. I'm looking for a tagline. The store will offer a wide range of yarns of the upscale variety. We will feature a number of California yarns, 'green' yarns, specialty yarns (those that aren't carried in SoCal, like lines from Australia, Tibet, etc) as well as the name brands that are expected in an upscale yarn shop. We will also be offering a full schedule of classes for all levels of knitters, crocheters, spinners and weavers. There will be store events on a weekly basis - knit alongs, trunk shows, knitting & a movie nights, etc. The demographic of knitters & fiber junkies is changing. It's not just your grandma who is knitting. We will be targeting kids, teens, young moms - you name it, with specific events, projects and teachers. A yarn store isn't just a shop, it's a place for friendships and community. If possible, I'd like a tag line that can communicate that. Thank you

Wow, a lot of great suggestions! Jay Hamilton-Roth, I think I like yours the best but it really was a hard decision. I really just want to say thank you to all of who took the time to respond. You didn't have to take the time, but you did and I really appreciate it. All the best, Rosemary
