Btl Activity For Lens Store

I am the owner of a reputed Franchisee "TitanEye+" .This is my only retail shop located in hyderabad. I am getting break-even on my income but I want to boost my sales by doing some BTL activites. I have done few but they are not so effective. I am thinking that i will get some suggestions from you.

    What sort of things have you already tried? Are you on the chamber of commerce in your community? Do you currently do any b2b dealings with others in your area? perhaps offering a combined offer with another complimentary business near yours would entice sales and customers.

    Get half off a hair cut with ____ with the purchase of a new set of frames.

    Why do people visit you now? What are you offering that an optician can't? Is it only price - or is there some special dimension that you really can leverage?

    My point is to discover the thing that motivates your customers to buy from you. As long as it isn't price, there's opportunity to do some serious BTL. My favourites are Google's paid searches. Not only because they're fast - they're scaleable and can be used in almost all of your advertising. Get one red-hot tagline that beats all the others and you can use this on your store-front and every leaflet you publish - and the results will be 20% better.

    How are you doing relative to your competitors? If no one is buying eyewear in your area, you have a problem. If people are buying from your competitors (and not you), you need to understand why that is first, then we can suggest techniques to attract them (and tell us what you can do that they can't).

    There are competitors in our area but they are no where to our sales revenue. I want to increase our sales volumes by doing some creative BTL activities. Also I want to increase our visibility in our catchment. I am guessing i'll get some BTL ideas here which i can use for my store. I have done everyting i could and i want to try some advice from you people.

    Okay, so that's what your competitors are doing and your response to them.

    Only I'm not interested in your competitors and nor should you be.

    Have you tried Google's display network as I suggested? Few do this, and almost nobody does it well.

    What motivates your customers to buy from you? This is the key to your marketing. Can you please answer this. Doing so will clarify your own thoughts towards your business.
