Small Training Institute - How To Promote

Posted by rajshan75 on 125 Points
We are running a small IT training institute in New Delhi (India). We are not having association with big-big brand but maintain a good quality.

We try to deliver the best by bridging the gap between traditional courses and actual industry demand. We have an option to pay after job also. Means Pay very small amount at the time of admission rest when you get a job.

The duration of the course is 3 months to 1 year.

Please help, how can we promote it at the minimal cost.

Minimal cost means Google Adwords. As ever, the key is to prime the algorithm rather than tweak the alorithm - it's what makes ads sparkle (and get clicks!). Remember clicks means profits.

To be truly effective you need to have a lot of confidence in what you do. I offer guarantees that few can match - this keeps my click prices low and CTR*s high. It also winnows out poor clients, a double whammy! (*click through rate - Google's primary means of detecting quality).

Now you are offering a personalized service - or one that clearly can be made more effective with your engaging personality. This won't please all people - as I know because there are a rare few who are rubbed up the wrong way by my bubbly personality. Yet the advantage is that I have the highest rate of accepted answers by a wide margin. If you are confident enough, doing this will make your advertising extremely effective. Stating this clearly will allow you to march into the toughest markets and pick the finest customers from under your larger competitors' noses.

All these advantages can be expressed on your website and landing page. Split testing these will hone them to perfection - and knowing that these are the most effective ways to market your business (and it'll tell you where too!!) you can spread out into other, more expensive and less easily measured advertising in the full knowledge that they'll be the most effective advertising you can buy.

How long have you been in business? How successful have you (and your students) been?
Why would someone choose to enroll in YOUR school (instead one of your competition)?
Can you create a student project to build social awareness of your institute?

Hi! I have found social media platforms to be very effective.
Alternatively- can you get coporates who require their employees to be qualified with the courses you offer to sponsor either their existing staff or a somebody that could be their potential employee?
I think presentating your courses and its benefits to high school students would also help.
    Good Luck !

Who is your primary target audience? What do you know about them?

What is your unique positioning benefit? Why should someone hire you?
