Now turn it around. A potential customer phones. How will you know which sales team they go to? How will the customer understand this? And what happens if they call in a second time but can't remember their contact's details? The division you choose to make, how you manage it, and how easy it is to use are more important than what you call it. (When you're allocating commission/promotion it's very easy to end up with turf wars between competing sales divisions unless it's really really clear).
