Do You Like Our Name? How About A Slogan?

I am a new event planning company and would like input on my name as well as a new tagline or Slogan.

Events by SJ is the business name.

i have put on vendor fairs (boutique fairs/craft fairs)

But would also like to be know for Weddings, birthdays etc. all kinds of events.

My Partners Name is Shay and my name is Jen (where the SJ comes from) we do live near the beach area but also willing to travel so not sure if adding a beach theme would be ok.

any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Since no one is likely to know what SJ means, it's probably better for you to pick a name that's more descriptive of what you do or the region you serve (for example, Vendor Events of Miami). If you also want to do "all kinds of events", you're likely to have to pick something generic (Event of Miami/Miami Events). And for a tagline, it'll help to know what makes you better than your competition.

    Events by SJ - down on the beach
    Events by SJ - sunsets on the beach'll never be the same
    Events by SJ - Miami's beach guys [ crew, pair, experts, etc]
    Events by SJ - the best beach parties ever. [Guaranteed or your money back ;-) ]

    SJ won't mean much to your primary target audience, so Jay's advice is probably worth taking to heart.

    And our opinions don't mean nearly as much as those of your target audience. Who are they? Where? What unique and important benefit do you deliver for them? Why should they hire you instead of a competitor?

    Your answers to the above questions would be very helpful to the naming process.

    As your question stands, perhaps something like ..

    Shay & Jen's Events To Remember
    Vendor Fairs - Weddings - Birthdays and More

    I would join your names and say Events by Jay instead of letters.
