Hr Consultancy Membership

I have started a new placement firm in Goa and was thinking of starting an HR consultancy membership for the companies.
Could you please let me know if anyone can let me know how it works?

    As Carrie says, what's in it for them? More to the point, what can you offer people that nobody else is offering (even if it's something everyone offers - but just forgets to mention)?
