This sounds like someone I knew who on his university interview was asked "Is this a question"

Which should have evoked a long philosophical ramble from rhetoric to dialectics. The sort of thing academics are good at.

He sat in the don's panelled office and responded "Well, if that is a question, then this is an answer"

And left it at that.

My own interview was a little different, and my interviewer less forthcoming. I did get my place though. Only more to the point, what are you enjoying in your studies. Marketing is a topic of no small size, and you can practically choose anything. From investigating the sale of electronic guidance technology for torpedoes to the cultural differences affecting sales of the flower agapanthus.

So a few hints, please! Then we can come up with something meaningful. Either that or the moderator will use her cut and paste response and you'll have lost your chance.
