Name For Home Furnishing And Gifts Store

Posted by xjecax on 250 Points
Hello,
I am opening a retail store that will sell Repurposed home furnishings as well as unique gifts. I was thinking of maybe having LUXE in the name but I am stuck. Open to any and all suggestions with LUXE or without, as long as its catchy.
If you look at this store you can get an idea of what I will be offering https://www.facebook.com/pages/White-Goat/102114923217801

Thank you!

    Thanks for your response.
I am leaning towards an idea not to make it sound like a secondhand shop but I am still open to any and all suggestions

I met a guy who had a 3/32" drill - but he didn't call it that. He called it his "woodwormer" - because he used to make fake antiques. The kind that get scrutinized by experts and declared authentic.

    If you follow me.

Well he was asked by someone at an auction if it was possible to make something like the original, only with a few more modern additions - but retaining the original style. Well his eyes lit up at this - and they agreed a price that was roughly 3x the cost of an original "antique" so from then on, his woodwormer was redundant ... because his real fake antiques were more valuable than his fake antiques.

All of which goes to show that sometimes it's better to be honest ... ;-)

Only you still need a name ...

    Shabby Chic

    Shabby Attic

    Attic Fallout

Furniture fallout [I'm not so sure about fallout ... maybe it inspires you to something?)

    Just interiors

    New Home Interiors

    ... what do you think?

Let's take this a step further and I'd like to know which ideas were "in the right direction" - even if it's just a teentsie bit better than the others. Then I'll have another go - and it's possible Saul'll jump in too (he's great with names - and relevant to a theme too, not just scattergun brainstorming).

Don't forget that your business needs to reach out to your customers - what they see in your business name may be quite different from what you're thinking. Since none of us are mind-readers, the best way is to ask them what they think. I know from my own advertisements that the one I liked best came second - the one I liked least came top ... by a clear margin too!

So much for my judgment then ...

PS I'm off to Rotterdam soon and I'll be back later so my apols if I don't respond as quickly as you might like.

    Hi,

Here are some of the names I like:
Once & Again <tons of stores by that name.
    Imperfectly Perfect
    Serendipity Revived
Le Trouve (i think it means found in french)
Oh So Posh < my sister does not like this one

    Maybe something starting with Simply...

I was set on Studio the Luxe but a lot of people thought it would be a hair salon/ spa.

I really don't know in which direction to go.

    Thanks!!!
