Mission should be the mission of the parent pharma company, but focused on your local region.

Vision statement is a big picture statement of where you see your business going and what you see doing for the customer, industry, region, etc. This needs to be set based on key people involved with your regional market (so you, maybe the person you interact with at the parent company, etc.). See https://examples.yourdictionary.com/examples/best-examples-of-a-vision-stat... for ideas and examples.

I've always thought the process of building the mission/vision statement is almost more important than what the statement is, because your team has to buy in to the vision, understand it and implement it, this is all easier if that team has helped write it or choose it.

Mission is determined, largely, by the funding company. Vision is where (if things go very well) you and your management team see that mission taking you.

are you trying to develop a mission for your marketing department? Have you considered interviewing salespeople and other departments to learn more about their needs and plans and goals?reply
