Must Create Proposal For Health Insurance Co.

Need help creating proposal for marketing a health insurance company recruiting seniors in New York's five boroughs. Want to work with New York health care marketing strategist. This needs to get done immediately.

    I also recommend Michael. But if you are required to find additional potential sources, you might take a look at the advertising red book. It lists agencies by specialty and geography, and might possibly be available for free at your public library.
