Start by filling us in on some details: Where? When you say "more for less" what is "more?" If it's really more, why is it less? That's really confusing (to me and presumably to your target audience).

The key to this will be communicating a clear and compelling positioning benefit. You can't finesse that with aggressive promotion.

Tell us about the target audience and your unique positioning benefit.

I guess you're new? So no reputation to speak of but you can major on new facilities? Targeting will need to be _local_ and young mums/families - some of whom will already have children and so be connected to other mums either through kids or because of age. First thought would be leafleting/posters probably at local infant schools, local large employers (with employee discount?), main supermarkets and babywear/buggy store (possibly a competition for babywear/buggy store customers?). You're into summer, so some summer events - eg a splash day at the local park (eg water balloons) - something to emphasize that you're about fun but also care and attention. And then on offers/call to action - two children 30% off - two friends included. Sign up before X, or first X places get a discount. To get known you can also offer babysitting services or a pamper creche (mums go to the salon while you care for the children in a local park) to get known among the mums.

can you network with other organizations in the community? Can you schedule some sort of an event, such as a mom's Day out, to showcase your facilities?

Where is a small neighborhood in South East Asia..Offering a mix of preschool plus flexible childcare options.

More for Less/USP: At the current price point of say $900, we are adding some firsts, extended hours, google glass curriculum and some IT within the program and a language option not supported earlier.

Target Audience: Offering affordable preschool to expat/locals

    Hope this helps
