Naming My Company

hello guys i need help naming my gas/heating company i am finding it hard to get a name that sounds professional and that isn't taken. The company is based in the uk.

The work we do is boiler breakdown and installs, basically anything to do with gas appliances in the house.

    How about using the name of the town/city or area you serve? "CityName Heating" for example. If the name is in use, perhaps there's a local landmark you can use in place of "CityName." The advantage of this approach is that you will be seen as a local, "one of us," familiar service provider.

    i have thought about that but i live in london and its already been done. a few names of competitors i like are :

    warm touch
    ignite heating
    infinity heating

    Or use the County if you expect to provide further reach of customers.

    I'd be specific on Boiler and Gas Experts but only if you truly expect to stay in that niche. If you expand your offering, then your name might be limited. When people are looking for a provider (usually in an emergency), they have a specific need so they are going to hone in on that. It's not like someone usually lives up a boiler expert contact 'just-in-case'. (Although I do know a few who are like that!)
