Who is the primary target audience? Where? What does "powerful" mean in this context? Does the software have a name? If so, we need to know that before we deal with the tagline. Or do you need both a name and a tagline?

Have you identified the specific benefit your target audience will realize when they buy/use the software? Why should they trust/believe you? What makes you different from, and better than, other business accounting software?

Only for sole proprietors? Corporations? Partnerships? Includes tax modules?

Is this targeted as direct competition to Peachtree Accounting software or similar? What does your solution offer that this doesn't?
