Hi - Iam in need of a web developer who could design & develop my website. Pls let me know if you have any good reference for the same.

There are at least 3 critical components to web development, and it's rare that you can find one person who can master them all. The three components are: (1) copywriting; (2) graphic design; and (3) site architecture/functional/technical support.

After that there are other considerations as well: SEO, landing page optimization; search advertising placement, integration with other elements of your marketing plan, inclusion of social media (or not), etc.

You probably need to be ready with a clear Creative Brief that reflects exactly what you want/expect before you select the experts who will do the work.
