    A few questions:

    Who is your primary target audience? Is it the seniors themselves, or is it their adult children, or is it the [referring] healthcare community in your area? (Or someone else?) Who typically makes the decision on a senior care home?

    What are the names of other senior care homes in your area? (We don't want to suggest names that are too similar to one of theirs.)

    Is there a well-known landmark in your area that we can use to communicate the local familiarity?

    Why might someone select your facility instead of another one? Is there anything that would differentiate you from your competitors?
