Need Book Title & Tagline

Posted by sb on 500 Points
I need a book title for a book that uncovers how real estate funds are created and how they work. A 180 page handbook of sorts.

This second book is called "The Art of The Raise" however the publisher doesn't really like the name.

I need an idea very soon.

This is my second book of two. The first one was how to make hard money loans called "Making The Yield".

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

How about something along the lines of "create your own private bank"

Can you tell us more about who's likely to read your book, and what the key benefit(s) they'd get from reading it? Are you focused on finding funds for buying a property, flipping a property, creating income-producing property, or selling? Commercial or residential? The concept of "create your own private bank" doesn't make sense to me at first blush as a real estate book offering.

Who is your primary target audience for this book? Do they know what "the raise" means, or is that an inside term?

You'd like a title that means something to your primary target audience, right?

    Thank you for your replies.

The people who are the target audience for this are people who have expressed an interest in real estate investing.

They are looking for other avenues for raising capital in the very esoteric world of real estate capital raising that only Wall Street investment bankers and professional investors know about.

This book will expose the closely-guarded secrets on how to raise money for a fund that will allow them to run circles around their completion as they will know how to set up their own private pool of money.

Ideally for Realtors, rehabbers and those who are having a hard time getting their buyers funded as banks are no longer lending as liberally as they were during 2005-2008.

Financing always has been the missing piece for a lot of real estate professionals. Not having access to it has boxed out many investors, affecting their ability to be as successful as they could have been at best, or forcing them out of the business at worst.

Your first book was, "Making The Yield"

Your second could be, "Filling Your Own Investment Pool"
