What makes your boutique different than the competition? Are the items you sell rare, unique, upscale, affordable, etc? I suggest using whatever sets you apart, followed by what you sell: ie. Unique Clothing and Accessories, or Affordable Swimwear and Accessories...

Another option would be to show potential customers your value proposition. For example, if you aim to transform the way people look, something like: Your style, redefined.

Can you tell us more about your products? What age group are you targeting? Will you have your own clothing/fashion brand? Is there a central theme or style such as beachwear, high-end designer brands, affordable casual comfort, lingerie, etc.?

Most clothing boutiques/brands have a unique age group, gender, budget, and style to target.

    US examples:

    Store and brand example: Buckle

"Buckle - Designer Jeans and Clothing from Your Favorite Brands"

    www.buckle.com and corporate.buckle.com/about

Unique, trendy styling that target "cool" teenagers and young adults who dont mind dropping $180 on blue jeans and $50 t-shirts. You get instant status for a couple hundred bucks.

They also have their own brand called "BKE" that has been split into several sub-brands such as "BKE Sport" and "BKE Vintage"

Brand example: Society of the Sun (aka: "Society")

"Society of the Sun - California Casual Apparel for the Modern Renaissance Lifestyle"

    shop.societyclothing.com

One of the hugely popular brands sold at "buckle". Remember me mentioning $50 t-shirts? These guys are one of them. They have a colorful, vintage style using popular imagery such as the "all-seeing eye" or "eye of Horus", lightning bolts, triangles and pyramids. So yeah, they are totally freaking out Illuminati conspiracy theorists everywhere.

Hopefully these examples give you an idea of what we are asking. If you sell stylish and affordable beachwear for women, then use that fact as a basis for your tagline. Productiontrax gave you a clear and concise strategy with examples - great stuff (see post above)!

Keep it simple and easy to decipher.

Be Accurate and Honest! For example, dont appear to be "high-end designer" if you really sell "generic, but cute". That is a quick way to drive your business into the ground. Designer aficionados will be turned off by what they find. And the people who would actually buy your stuff...they wont come near you if you try to look too expensive.

I hope you post more info.

    Good luck!

Why do you want a tagline? What do you expect it to accomplish for your business? What do you want it to communicate?
