What's the name of your company? Located where?
What makes your burger business special?
Who's want to eat at your restaurant instead of others in your area?

It's important that you answer the questions above because the tagline needs to (1) fit well with the name, and (2) relate as much to the target audience and the benefit they can expect as it does to what you're selling.

Are you the only food provider in this not-so-much-fun location? Why do you feel you need a tagline? What do you want it to communicate or do for you? How will you know if it's "perfect?"

If people don't like going to your location, you'll struggle (a tagline won't help). The only possibility is to have a stonking great reputation for high quality and good value food so you might be able to draw customers to you - but that's all about getting the offer right - not a tagline.
