Suggestion Needed For Basic Client Contact Mgmt Software

I started working for retail sales high end. Looking for a system I can keep contact, email, phone number, quote $, last touch, next step & Amt. closed in a spreadsheet that I can filter by last touch/thank you note/email etc.Anything FREE out there that is good or super cheap? iPhone/iPad supported. Tks!

    Try using Salesforce. No hardware, or software to worry about because it is cloud based. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service people seem so far to be very helpful and caring.
