Name For An Internal Course For Managers

Posted by linda.smith on 250 Points
We've created an internal course for managers with the aim of driving top-down change in the culture through encouraging managers to engage more with their teams; empower staff decision making; increase delegation; and focus on added value work (and to critically consider whether some tasks they/their teams do need to be done at all). The course will be run in a series of 2 hours workshops, if that makes any difference.

The working name for the training while we've been developing it has been 'the management toolkit', but the CEO, quite rightly, thinks we need to come up with a good name for the training. He wants the training to build stronger teams, get us working better together, and improve the delivery of quality and speed to clients and other stakeholders.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a catchy name for this training??

Thanks Mike, what would TSQ stand for? Sorry if I'm missing an obvious point!

Maybe it's not all I thought it was. I was taking your CEOs points.

    Teamwork Speed Quality

It may need an explanatory tagline-
"Improved Speed and Quality via Teamwork"

Ahh, yes of course. I think it would work with tagline. Thanks.
