Is there any website promotion service where allowed to pay for real orders only (webshop)?

    I doubt it. Nobody would want to have their revenue stream controlled by a third party. Unless the marketer has control over pricing, product quality, customer service, advertising copy, etc., why would they let their income depend on how much YOU sell? Would YOU do that?

    Or do I not understand what you are asking?

    I found such service in Russia, i am not sure can provide here URL or not; anyway that web service in Russian only, so maybe no point. That's why i decided to check is there something like that in the market. mgoodman is right on his guess, web shop should implement their order tracking system to control orders and it may be not desirable for most of website owners.
