Finding Keywords And Rankings For Competitors

What are the routes people use to find the prime keywords for competitor's web sites and how they rank? I have a client who wants to compare thier keywords and rankings with 2 or 3 competitors. Found some sites (eg. SEMrush, etc.) that might give some of this, but love to hear of others.

I've used SEO Powersuite (https://www.seopowersuite.com/) with great results.

Market Samurai

and

Keyword XP

Both are paid platforms.
