What type of boutique? Located where? Selling what? To whom specifically? What will make it better than other boutiques in the area and online? What type of names are you drawn to? Why?

Names alone doe not draw attention, regardless of their catchiness. What might your reaction be if customers told you your boutique needed to be more boutique-like? The same applies to "catchiness".

Who is your ideal client and why will this person buy from you? What appeals to them about the products you offer? What kind of "look" or styles do they want, need, prefer, or aspire to?

The first step needs to be a strategy and a plan, not a name. The name is an offshoot of the Positioning, and the positioning needs to identify your primary target audience and the unique benefit you offer them.

And "catchy" is really a function of relevance to your target audience. They'll notice the name if you give them relevant information that speaks to an unmet need of theirs. Otherwise it's just a way to show them how clever you can be with words.
