Picking A Name For A Mail Order Company

I am starting a care package company for seniors also. I read that using the name care packages in the name of the business is not "ok" . Why is that? I can not use the term seniorcarepackages? thank you for your help

    You can use any name you want to. There is nothing stopping you.
