How To Announce Change Of Email Format

We will be changing our email format from a weekly email focusing on promotions to a monthly email with a newsletter format. How should we announce this change to our email list?

    Simply explain the benefit of the monthly newsletter and offer a reminder that you're open to getting feedback to improve future newsletters.

    What Jay said. Don't make a big deal of it. It is probably more of a change for you than for your email list.
