Selecting a college and a curriculum is a very personal decision. It is a matter of finding the solution that feels right to you. It's not so much about grades.

You may also want to consider your career goals and interview folks who are doing what you'd like to be doing in 5 years. See what they like about their jobs and what they'd like to change. They may be able to give you some useful input.

Here is a list of what one organization things is the best advertising grad programs in the US:
    https://education-portal.com/top_advertising_graduate_schools.html
I couldn't find anything ranking other countries.

Here is a site that has a list of many of the advertising/PR programs through the world (but nothing about their quality):
    https://www.gradschools.com/search-programs/advertising-public-relations

And something of interest, a site that talks about how a graduate degree in advertising may not be the most efficient thing to do (suggests that experience is more important than education in this area):

I lean toward agreeing with the last - in advertising, you generally don;t see people with graduate degrees. Doesn't seem to be a requirement, so likely not worth doing on its own. But, if getting a degree has other benefits (for example, letting you get your foot into the door in another country), then it may be worth it. But instead maybe consider an MBA in marketing rather than a masters of advertising.
