Can you answer the questions above? What's wrong with the current tagline? How will you know if the new, snappy tagline is any more effective? How do you measure tagline effectiveness anyway?

What do you want the snappy new tagline to communicate? Or is it just to make your customers think you are "snappy?"

Normally I would recommend that your tagline and name together communicate an important benefit for your primary target audience. Who is your primary target audience? Where? What unique and important benefit do you deliver for customers?
