Title 4 Personal & Professional Development Prog

I am initiating a Personal and Professional Development Program in my Department for University students. I need a name for this program. Appreicate your contributions and help.

    What is the name of your university and your department? What are your students studying?

    I would be more interested on what your program is about and how you convey ideas: are you guiding your students to develop their inner self, their confidence, are you teaching them how to manipulate their thoughts in order to become a better person or you're teaching how to tweak certain features about them like making a better CV, understanding body language or developing their personal brand? Knowing this would help.
    On the other hand, working with the general ideas you outlined in your question, I'd go with "Rafiki". It means "friend" in swahili and it's the name of this beautiful character in Lion King, a shaman mandrill who blesses Simba, presents it to the world and believes in his power to change the world when he's down, teaching Simba self confidence and encouraging him to take action.
