    What region will you serve?
    What types of first aid will you be able to perform?
    Why would someone turn to you, instead of a local physician?
    What does "general advise on problems of health" encompass?

    Where? What's the name of the church? How do you know the services you're offering are needed/wanted by the community? What are the alternatives? (i.e., Who is the "competition?")
