Tagline Needed For 4-season Nj Resort Community

Posted by mbressette on 50 Points
We a 4-season resort community located in the beautiful mountains of northern NJ. We sell condos, townhomes, SF homes, estate homes, condo-hotels and golf villas. We sell to primary home buyers, second home buyers and investment property buyers. We offer a community that you can't find any place else in the north east with 6 golf courses, a ski resort, 15 restaurants, 2 spas, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, zip lines, waterpark, 3 hotels, annual events, large conference center, 4 wedding venues, fitness centers, 3 indoor and outdoor pool complexes. We pride ourselves on farm to table foods. We offer resort living at its finest and it's the ideal location to truly enjoy life. Our homes are new construction and can be customized to fit the homebuyers needs and wants. We have a beautiful nature views and the best sunsets I've ever seen. Our only issue is location - if you lived in our community the average commute time is 45-60 minutes and its a 20 minute drive to access mass transit into NYC.

Nice sales pitch, albeit without a call to action. :)

So what is it you want the tagline to do for you? What do you want it to communicate? To whom? Why do you feel a need for a tagline?

What is the name of the company/community? (The tagline needs to fit with the company name, right?) Is this for Crystal Springs?

    P.S. What? No tennis courts?

It doesn't have to be a tag line, but a consistent message/theme to describe the lifestyle that Crystal Springs offers to homeowners.
There is Tennis at the resort, both indoor and outdoor.
