    What are the goals for the initiative?
    Should the name connect to your company name (which is...?) or your niche (who do you help?) or your specific goals (which are?) or a past initiative (which was?)?
    How long will the initiative be? What's different about this goal vs what you've been doing to-date?

    What EXACTLY are you "development engagement & nurturing"? Team skills? Team attitudes? Selling ability? Customer retention skills?
