Villa For Renting- Need A Name

Hi,
I did not get an answer to the question so I open it again because it is very important to me.
We have a beautiful villa for rent in a small town on the Adriatic coast. The villa is 50 m away from the sea and we need name for it. Specifically for it is that is surrounded by tangerine trees. We thought the name Villa Tangerine. What do you think? Do you have an alternative?

    Who and where is your primary target audience? Where/how do they look for villa rentals? How do they select the one they want? Do they decide on a location and then consider only villas that are at that location, or do they decide on a location because they like the villa there?

    It's more important to understand who your target audience is and how they make their decision than it is to know what kind of trees surround the villa. (I suspect there are not many folks who start by saying, "I'd like to stay at a villa surrounded by tangerine trees. I wonder if there are any of those nearby.")

    And while I'm probably not in your target audience, Villa Tangerine sounds fine to me. What counts, of course, is how it strikes your primary target audience. How do they react?

    Is the name potentially confusing with any other rentals in the region?
    Since you're located near the coast, would the trees, the water, or something else uniquely entice prospective guests?
    How do the accommodations compare to others in the area?

    Villas in the area are mostly named after the owners as Villa Ana and the like.
    Our house, when it's ready, it will be probably the best of the competition. Similar has only distant from the sea a mile or two.
    The target audience is 90% western europe Germans, Finns, British, 10% Eastern Europe Poles, Czechs. Rent is around € 2,000 per week. We rent 70% over the famous agencies Novasol which has excellent reviews.

    So, we are close to the sea, in a beautiful bay, between two UNESCO protected city of Split and Trogir. In a city known for castles from the 15th century. In the part called that is sunny almost 300 days a year, a very favorable climate. Yes there is a famous festival in the city of harmony singing traditional music but still not well known outside the region.
    Some suggestions?

    Royal Villa
    International Resort at ???
    Vista/Aussicht means seen through trees or houses
    Name of beach/sea Vista/Aussicht
    Vista to the beach/sea

    Looking at a map of your region, it may be better to instead focus on its nearness to other destinations. For example: Villa Kaštela (or Kaštel) Heart or Villa Split Retreat.

    So help us learn how you made that decision. It would be great to know what goes through people's minds when they have a naming or tagline decision facing them. Your explanation might help us do a better job for the next person.
