Tagline For Recruitment Business

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi, Im looking for appropriate tag lines or a slogan for a recruitment company. As well recruitment in Health & social care, driving, security etc we also provide other services we such as procurement, delivery and collections and Building & Maintenance. The company is called Ultimate Group Services. Any help for branding ideas etc would be much appreciated.

Tag lines don't necessarily "brand"—they position. Of the services you're offering, which one is your primary service?

Since "Ultimate Group Services" doesn't give a clue that you're a recruitment company - and the other services you provide would seem to indicate that you're trying to use a single umbrella company name for multiple divisions/offerings - which is likely confusing in all your marketing. Therefore, I'd suggest either starting a new company with a better name, or clearly articulating who specifically you're trying to convince of your services (who are they, where are they located, what do they need, why they'd hire your services, etc.).

It sounds like you could use some focus!

As Jay noted, the name of the company is a throw-away. It doesn't communicate anything useful to your target audiences. So let's start by defining exactly who the primary target audience is. Where?

Then identify the core positioning benefit you provide for that audience. We will use that to develop the tagline.

Any chance you can change the name of the company?

    "Finding Right Service for you".
    "One Stop Job Solution"
    "Serving In Your Interest"
