Need A Catchy Tagline For Survey

One of our Employee Value Propositions is the commitment to Learn. We define learn as changing what is working; extending beyond your expertise; perseverance; gaining knowledge from experiments, failures and each other; creating value, not activity;

We are launching a survey to learn more about our performance review process. I would like to create a tagline for the survey that includes the word Learn.

Or even just a tagline for the performance review survey. One person suggested:
Voice of the People: Performance Review Survey.

    Opt for a tag line that is relevant rather than "catchy". Truth be told, "catchy" is a term that applies to pop songs. It has no place in the world of marketing. "Voice of the People: Performance Review Survey" sounds fine.

    (Aside: One of the issues with surveys is that generally the input isn't acted upon. If your goal is to truly improve engagement, then be sure to explain the transparency that you'll show in taking the input and acting upon it.)
