Apt. Maintenance Staff Appreciation Wkshop

We are on our 7th year of annual appreciation workshop for apartments maintenance workers. This staff care for our elderly population and need to be recharged. I need a good tag line or a theme to base the program around.
We have done typical, country, rock n roll, beach, ...I am trying to organize a baseball game outing or a fishing trip.
