Posted by roshondavlewis on 125 Points
Greetings!

I have been in real estate for over 5 years now. I have recently charged brokers & want to rebrand myself. I currently hold a license in 2 states and would like for the brand to be applicable to both states. I need branding, slogan & logo ideas.
Here is some info about me to help:
All inclusive,
One stop shop for mortgage, credit repair, & purchase
(I hv available resources for these services, I don't own the companies)
Tech savvy
Friendly
Trustworthy
Accountable
Dependable

HELP PLEASE :)

As for a logo, you'll need a designer. In terms of what you do and who you offer it to, what kind of real estate do you offer? Commercial? Residential? Industrial? Small business?

Since most other brokers would likely describe themselves as "friendly, trustworthy, accountable, and dependable" - and since being "tech savvy" isn't something that obviously improves the quality of the experience for either buyers or sellers, could you describe what makes you a standout (in the eyes of your clients) compared to other brokers?

I spealize in residential. I'm looking for logo theme ideas of that makes sense, not the actual logo its self.

I am the go to for he "harder to close" deals. There has not been a deal that I can not get done. Even if it means cutting the commission or longer waits to close. I don't lose deals

So forget all the features that everyone can claim. Instead promise a bold, compelling benefit.

    "I'll close your deal. Guaranteed"

    "I'll sell your house. Guaranteed."
