In what country is your target audience located?
What distinguishes you from your competition?
Why would someone switch to buying from you?

Our target audience are Indian Customers.Better service(since we are a small company),quality of the products we represent and quick delivery are the main things that distinguishes our company from the competitors.

"Better service" and company size are meaningless metrics. Define "better". Quantify it on an industrially related and viable scale.

    Take your time. I'll wait.

All those things you claim (or think) distinguish you from your competition? Are those things that YOU think set you apart? Or are they things your CUSTOMERS think set you apart?

I'm asking these probing questions to get to the core issue that most business people ignore or miss: you don't matter.

Your thinking that you're in some way better, cheaper, faster, or whatever, this things are largely irrelevant.

They tell the world about your world view.

They reinforce your feelings about yourself as a business.

They pat you on the back and tell you how great your are.

If I'm your customer, I'm not remotely interested in most of the things you think are important about you. I'm focused on the things that matter most to me, not you. So, tell me about me.
