What is your career goal? Why do you want to get the M. Phil in Management? What will it do for your career?

Before you commit to a research topic think about what you want it to do for you? Do you want it to position you as an expert in some particular discipline or area within HR? If so, which one? A particular industry sector? If so, which one?

The more specific you can be, the easier it will be to select a topic.
