"Everyone" is a very big audience ... about 7 billion people. Surely you don't have a budget that will allow you to get to that audience. Can you narrow your target? Locals? Tourists? Expats? Within 200 km, or global? Demographics? Psychographics? Lifestyle segments?

What do you want the tagline to communicate?

I think you are looking for a slogan not a tagline. Many businesses confuse the two and while they do work together there are subtle differences in what they do. A tagline is a concentration of corporate values and identity into a clever phrase used to reinforce your brand; stressing what makes you unique from your competitors. It should also tell potential customers what makes your business valuable to them. Typically, a tagline is short (seven words or less). A company rarely changes their tagline. A slogan, also a brief, catchy statement, is used to represent a single product or it is part of an active advertising campaign. Slogans should be developed and deployed for more specific purposes; on a limited scale. Slogans are more temporary and often are used on a rotating basis to keep marketing fresh.
