Water, in its natural state, does not comer in bottles. What makes the water you are offering in any way different from similar products? How do you see a "catchy" slogan helping you with positioning?

I don't understand: Why do you want a "catchy" tagline/slogan? What do you want the slogan to do for you? What should it communicate? To whom?
