What's the target audience of the mailer?
Given the subject matter, why wouldn't the audience naturally care about health & safety (i.e., what's special about your campaign?)
If you're looking to create something attractive, it sounds like you ought to hire a graphic artist.

This sounds like a project for a creative team -- copywriter and art director. If that's what you want, you'll need to define the project clearly and then ask for proposals/cost estimates. It's not something we can deliver free on this forum.

    Heeey Vasudev,

I agree that in order for you to have an effective Launch you are going to need at least a graphic artist and a copywriter. If you truly want to have a professional launch you are going to need an art director if you are following traditional avenues. If money is a real object I would think that with a lot of research you may be able to find a good graphic printer like the one I know who has an MBA, a lot of professional experience with his own in house graphic artist and copywriters. Outside of this kind of help there aren't a whole lot of alternatives because of the nature of the project. It's hard to present this kind of concept effectively because of the dimensional and visual nature a project like this could take on. Both Mgoodman and Jay Hamilton-Roth have offered you some very sound questions and advice that must be considered before moving on. One of the most important things you must nail down is the language your Customer will respond to. If you follow the suggestions offered, you'll be so much more proud of yourself in the end.

How else May I SERVE You Vasudev?

Thank you all for your response as you all rightly mentioned this is a work of a professional copywriter however thought seeking some reference given the scope & subject of the project. Thanks all for your advice & inputs.
