Hi, I am Rith. I work as an ecommerce at Le Grand Palais Boutique Hote Phnom Penh.

I find out that we are getting very less customer to book the hotel. I would like to have some advise from you guy regards to hotel condition. You could leave comment and critic of all things related, about hotel website or OTAs. We are available on Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and AsiaTravel.

I welcome all advise, all critics, and would like to have more recommendation in order to make improvement.

    Have you asked the people who have recently visited "Would you stay here again?" Find out if your hotel has a problem or are nearby hotels simply a better deal?

    Do you have your own, stand alone website? If not, get one. Likewise for your own Facebook page. You could then use the top reviews on the sites you mention to cross promote your site and your Facebook content. If people love your hotel, you need them to start spreading the word on your behalf.

    Who are your guests? Where do they live? Mostly tourists or mostly business? Where do your guests find out about your hotel? Where/how do they book reservations? One-time or repeat? What do repeat customers say they like most about the hotel (i.e., why do they keep coming back)?

    Your website seems OK. Are people disappointed when they see the property in person? If so, why? Maybe there are some things you could do differently, or amenities you could tweak/add, that would make a difference.

    Who is your competition? Is it possible that one or more competitor has become more aggressive in ecommerce? That could explain the decline you are seeing. You might want to do a competitive analysis.

    The answer(s) to your question depend importantly on understanding your target audience, what they value, and how they make travel decisions. Start with a deep-dive into knowing your guests.
