    Who is your primary target audience? Where? How do they shop for loans? Do they simply follow the advice of a real estate professional, or do they actually shop on their own? If they shop on their own, what are the main criteria for selection (other than interest rate and fees)?

    What unique and important benefit do you provide? Why might they choose you instead of a competitor?

    target audience prefers only relative consultants.
    i can provide maximum benefits by lowering interest rates n without taking any extra charges
