Catchy Name For Facilities Newsletter Section

We are a health care company with a very robust newsletter. The Facilities department will be contributing a 1/4 page section each month relating to site renovations, branded interior options, artwork, cleaning flooring-furniture-etc., signage, etc. We need a catchy name for this section. Thanks

    Is this a marketing issue? If so, who is the target audience? Where? What do you want them to know? Why "catchy?"

    It is in a newsletter created by our Marketing department. Target audience is office and medical staff in 90+ remote locations who may/may not know what the Facilities department can do for them. Catchy may not be the best word. Perhaps short - I want it to grab their attention and know that if they read this section, they may learn about what Facilities can do for them this month.
