would need to know where this market is located in order to know the language nuances that would make pronunciation easier.

Chips like microchips for electronic devices, or chips like salty snacks eaten with dips, or chips like wood chips used by landscapers? Where? What's unique about them? Who is your target audience? Why would they switch from their current chips to something new?
