How Do I Increase The Business Of My Music School?

Posted by aditya.rathi on 50 Points
We have a music institute named CLUB ACOUSTICS which is the first complete music institute in our city where we teach multiple instruments at an ample space. We have different classrooms for different instruments. We also do the trading of musical instruments. We got a very nice response from the students initially, but now the students are dropping out. What shall I do for proper publicity and to increase the number of students?

I'd start by finding out why they are dropping out. If you simply attract more students, why would you assume they would stay any longer than your existing students?

Jay has hit the nail on the head ... as he usually does. Pouring more water into a leaking bucket is a short-term fix at best. Better if you can get your product/offering right BEFORE you spend money and time/effort promoting the business. Otherwise you are just aggravating the situation.

If it's uncomfortable for you to personally contact former students/parents, hire a market research professional to do it for you. Do NOT waste resources trying to promote the school until you've addressed the reason for the high defection rate.
